Very little property crime or petty theft is directly committed by actual gang members - their drug trafficking (and related protection operations) are the source of their revenue. It generally is not reflective of any greater threat to normal residents but is nonetheless a tragedy. Such gang-on-gang activity has been centered in a very small pockets mostly on the west and south sides. While FBI and Chicago Police crackdowns have been effective it disrupting some of the most visible gang leaders, the level violence perpetuated by younger more reckless folks has resulted in the deaths of about 30 school age kids so far this year. I don't think there was ever much of gang problem at say 18th and Praire or 18th and Harlem (which is outside the City limits).

Users can log in but I cannot get my remote software working because they don't know the administrator passwords to install it on them. So this veterinary clinic is asking me to fix their computer network but they don't know their network passwords.
